Wonderful! It's interesting, and makes me wonder if Dean was to say yes because it wasn't just Sam who needed saving. Perhaps Michael needed to be saved or reminded. But this is just lovely, and I wish it could have been canon. (And I agree, more Michael and Dean or Michael/Dean fics. They are really scarce.)
