Yeah, I feel like God would totally have the drop on all things mechanical from the beginning of time, and given that angels are soldiers first, they would be made from strong and not necessarily organic stuff. Plus, I am a big clockwork fan, so there's that :)

And yeah...good thing Sam's already used to being exasperated. That's basically his lot in life.
