I utterly love your Gabriel, have I told you that lately? He's everything he should be, and I so hope he and Sam wind up together in this. Much as I KNOW I'm gonna enjoy Gabriel snarking with everybody else (Crowley! \o/), I love him best with Sam. :D
Dean's interaction with Michael is completely mad of WIN. If anybody could manage to convince (another) archangel of anything, it'll be Dean. The dynamic will be fascinating. And I love how quick Dean is to grasp things, and that you're showing his intelligence. Sam's the super-brain, okay, but Dean has never been dumb.
