Summary: The Horsemen are not just people with fancy rings. They aren’t even demons with fancy rings. They are another species entirely, a force unto themselves, and Lucifer is kidding himself if he thinks that they are at his beck and call. They are separate. They are discreet. They are neutral. Dean Winchester is not built like them.

A/N: This is going to be a long-running AU WIP that I honestly don't know the scope or arc of yet, so be advised. I have no idea how long it will take to finish it, especially with the metric ton of graduate work I have to do. So just...bear with me? I can already tell that it's going to be a royal pain in the ass. But hell, I like a challenge once in a while.
