I have this thing about WIPs, mostly I don't read them, not until I know they're finished. I only make exceptions with the really good ones. And this is REALLY good. I love it. All the little details, the symbols on Dean's back, Michael, I love it.
And I know you were worried about this chapter, but don't be. The politics of heaven make sense, Castiel and Dean's 'talk' ached in just the right way. Great chapter, can't wait to see how you wrap everything up. :)
